These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Service and constitute an agreement between the User and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all Users in connection with the use of the Service.

Finalisation

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination of the contract, the user's right to use the service ceases immediately.

Limitation of liability

Regardless of any damages you may incur, the total liability of Company and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or $100 if you did not purchase anything through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the Service, third party software and/or third party equipment used in conjunction with the Service or otherwise in connection with any of the provisions of these Terms), even if the Company or a Supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the Solution fails to fulfil its essential purpose.

The Service is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties arising from a course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company makes no warranties or undertakings and makes no representations that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve your intended results, be compatible or interoperable with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate uninterrupted, meet any standards of performance or reliability, be error-free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the Company's suppliers make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service or the information, content and materials or products contained therein; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, content or email sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, Trojan horses, worms, malware, time bombs or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory consumer rights, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. If this is the case, however, the exclusions and limitations set out in this section will apply to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

Applicable law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of your country, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.

Resolution of disputes

In the event of any doubt or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For users from the European Union (EU)

If the user is an EU consumer, he/she will benefit from all mandatory laws of the country where he/she resides.

Compliance with US law

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country embargoed by the United States government or deemed by the United States government to "support terrorism", and (ii) you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Separation and withdrawal

Separation

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, the provision shall be amended and interpreted to achieve the purpose of the provision to the maximum extent consistent with applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Disclaimer

Except as provided herein, a failure to exercise a right or perform an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, and a waiver of a breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our Service. You agree that in the event of a dispute, the original English text will prevail.

Changes to these regulations

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the change is material, we will use our best endeavours to give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after these changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Website and Service.
